The learning environment is one of the most important aspects of a child’s life. It’s where they learn new skills and engage in experiences that challenge them to grow physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally. For many “differently wired” kids with hidden challenges, it can be confusing for care providers to best support them. Strategies and routines that work for most children may not work for a child whose brain and body function differently. I am here to help. Consultation services are available to provide individualized and accessible recommendations for relational-, sensory-, or routine-based strategies and environmental adaptations to optimize a child’s learning success.

Consultation for individual children typically includes 1-2 observations, meetings with teachers/staff and parents, and a follow-up report with reflections and recommendations.

Consultation Services include:

  • Individual Child Observations

  • Classroom/Environmental Observations

  • Staff Trainings

Consultation Services are often funded through the agency directly or individual families.
